Mark-Jan Fledderus is stepping down as technical manager at the Eredivisie CV

As of today, March 4th, the collaboration between the Eredivisie CV and technical manager Mark-Jan Fledderus comes to an end.

The 41-year-old former footballer started as technical manager at the Eredivisie CV in July 2023. In this new role within the league organization, Fledderus was responsible for the sporting and technical development of the Eredivisie and its eighteen clubs, with the ambition of improving the overall quality of the competition and maintaining a top 6 position in Europe.

Jan de Jong, CEO of the Eredivisie CV, stated: "There was recently an evaluation moment. We had agreed on that as well. In that, we determined that, despite the pleasant collaboration, we will not continue together. That can always happen, and that's why we have such discussions. We thank Mark-Jan for his dedication and contribution. He is a nice guy who fit well into the team, but now he is going to try his luck elsewhere. We wish him every success!"
