PLUS becomes official partner of the Eredivisie

Starting next season, PLUS will be an Official Partner of the Eredivisie. The new partnership will begin with the 2025/26 season and will run for four seasons until the summer of 2029.

The Eredivisie represents top-level sports, youth, and connection. The Dutch league is globally recognized as the number one in talent development and ranks among the top six leagues in Europe. Both on and off the pitch, the Eredivisie unites people of all ages and backgrounds, reflecting the diversity of society. Over the years, Eredivisie and its 18 clubs have significantly expanded their social engagement, now running over 160 community projects annually, focusing on themes such as Health and Connection.

Jan de Jong, CEO of Eredivisie CV: "PLUS is a premium brand with strong growth ambitions, which makes us a great match. Additionally, PLUS brings creative, smart, and valuable ideas that contribute to the awareness, popularity, and image of the Eredivisie. Importantly, PLUS also promotes healthy eating, particularly among young people, aligning perfectly with our social objectives. In short, this partnership between two strong brands has the potential to become a dream collaboration."

Henk van Harn, Commercial Director of PLUS: "Football is the number one sport in the Netherlands, with over 9 million people enjoying the game every week. Football connects people. PLUS entrepreneurs have been actively involved with local amateur football clubs for years. We are proud to now extend this involvement at a national level. This collaboration with Eredivisie offers great opportunities to enhance our brand visibility each week and to develop impactful nationwide savings campaigns and in-store activations in partnership with all 18 clubs."
