N.E.C. Nijmegen and RKC Waalwijk main suppliers to the Eredivisie Team of the Month
N.E.C. Nijmegen and RKC Waalwijk are both well-represented in the Eredivisie Team of the Month, with two players each.
For N.E.C. Nijmegen, Calvin Verdonk makes another appearance in the team (also in November), alongside debutant Vito van Crooij. From RKC Waalwijk, Faissal Al Mazyani and Liam van Gelderen are included in the lineup.
Fabian de Keijzer had a strong month, with a save percentage of 90.5% (19 saves) and one clean sheet. Shunsuke Mito (2 goals) and Elías Már Ómarsson (3 goals) impressed with their offensive performances.

The election for the Eredivisie Player of the Month, the Johan Cruijff Talent of the Month, and the Eredivisie Team of the Month is based on Opta statistics and votes from football fans (KPN Man of the Match). These criteria also play a role in the selection of the Eredivisie Player of the Year and Johan Cruijff Talent of the Year. These awards are presented at the end of the season during the Eredivisie Awards. The monthly elections are an initiative of Eredivisie CV in collaboration with ESPN, VriendenLoterij, and the Johan Cruijff Foundation.
