Jan de Jong re-elected to the board of the European Leagues

The European Leagues represents the interests of 40 member leagues across Europe, collectively representing more than 1,040 clubs in 34 different countries. In addition to the Eredivisie and Keuken Kampioen Divisie, the European Leagues also includes leagues such as the Premier League, LaLiga, Serie A, and the Bundesliga.

The European Leagues focuses on the international match calendar, the development of media rights, issues of solidarity and revenue distribution, and maintaining competitive balance within and between leagues. It also serves as the official representative of its members in discussions with UEFA.

In addition to being a board member of the European Leagues, Jan de Jong is the CEO of Eredivisie CV, a board member of Eredivisie Media & Marketing CV, and a member of the professional football competition board.
