AZ main supplier of Eredivisie Team of the Month for March 2024
With four players, AZ is the main supplier for the Eredivisie Team of the Month. As well as Wouter Goes, his fellow squad members Riechedly Bazoer, Yukinari Sugawara and Sven Mijnans also make their appearance in the team. Fortuna Sittard (Sierhuis and Özyakup) and Sparta Rotterdam (Verschueren and Clement) follow AZ with two players each.
Eredivisie Team of the Month for March 2024: Jeffrey de Lange (Go Ahead Eagles), Mats Köhlert (sc Heerenveen), Wouter Goes (AZ), Riechedly Bazoer (AZ), Yukinari Sugawara (AZ), Pelle Clement (Sparta Rotterdam), Oguzhan Özyakup (Fortuna Sittard), Michel Vlap (FC Twente), Arno Verschueren (Sparta Rotterdam), Sven Mijnans (AZ) and Kaj Sierhuis (Fortuna Sittard).
Eredivisie Awards
The Eredivisie Player of the Month, Johan Cruyff Talent of the Month and Eredivisie Team of the Month are selected on the basis of statistics (Opta) and votes from football fans (KPN Man of the Match). These criteria also play a role in establishing the shortlist for the Eredivisie Player of the Year and Johan Cruyff Talent of the Year awards. These awards, along with the Azerion Vrouwen Eredivisie awards, will be presented during the Eredivisie Awards ceremony (2 September 2024).
