Ajax gained ground on Dutch Eredivisie leaders PSV Eindhoven after thrashing Heerenveen 4-1 on Sunday.

Just two minutes later, Real Madrid loanee Martin Odegaard scored a contender for Eredivisie goal of the season - he found himself unmarked 30 yards out before firing this unstoppable effort past Andre Onana. Game on.

Ziyech's freekick triggered an almighty scramble in the Heerenveen penalty area - left-back Nicolas Tagliafico finally restoring the home side's lead at their fourth attempt from the dead ball situation.
Ziyech was the provider once more for Ajax's third of the game on 88 minutes. He expertedly picked out Donny van de Beek's run into the box - the 20-year-old midfielder couldn't miss. There was still time for Ajax to rub salt in the wound during injury time.
David Neres took advantage after Heerenveen failed to clear a poor threaded pass, chasing down the ball and finishing with this ever so cheeky, no look finish. 4-1 the final score.
